TERMS OF SERVICE

Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact me! My DMs are open on Tumblr and Instagram. I reserve the right to turn down your request for any reason.PAYMENTS
All payments will be made in full after your initial request either through Venmo. Sketches start after payment.REVISIONS
Any revisions wanted are 100% welcome and almost always will be fulfilled. Should a revision require major changes however (ex. Redrawing entire pose/character after coloring has already started/been finished) may be met with an additional small fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery will usually take no longer than a month and communication will be frequent throughout the entire process to check in with sketches, coloring, and final rendering. I will make an effort to start your piece no later than a week after requests has been submitted, but I will let you know should there be any delays in the process.USE
- Commissioner work may be displayed on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and/or linked back to me.
- You may not upload or post my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
- You may not claim my work as your own
- You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale)
- Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of the commissioned work to be used in generative AI
- Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work such as images, goods, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the spaceREFUNDS
Refunds may only be requested by the sketch phase. If you approve of the sketch, from that point on, refunds may not be requested.COMMUNICATION
Inquiries through email is preferred, but any questions or clarifications are more than welcomed through my Tumblr or Instagram DMs.There will be 4 main stages of communication for me to create the work to best fit your liking; the thumbnail phase, sketching phase, the base color phase, and the rendering phase. I will send you each phase as I work on the piece to confirm that I am able to move forward in the drawing process!
